FILOU

FILOU was born the 25th May 2015. We received a call from Pegasus Sanctuary to take him ASAP.

We couldn't beleive that this stunning 4 year old gelding french trotter was going to the abbatoir.

When we arrived, he had quickly bonded with a young Poney de selle francais.

It was a no brainer, we took both of them!

After years being in a box and trained for racing, Filou had a radical change of life.

Amandine and Dolia saw 2 young boys arriving and it was so nice to see them running around.

We discovered the reason he wasn't suitable for trotter racing - he loves galloping.

He's an intelligent horse and also very sensitive. He's safe to ride with the right person.

We had to find how to release all the tension he had accumulated from his horse training which can be quite cruel.

Osteopathy and Masterson massages helped him a lot.

A secret: he will give you kisses only if none of the other horses are around.
